Behind the scenes

"it should be arriving in 15 days time, but it could be arriving in 8 days, or maybe 20 days it is coming."
I think I'll hold off booking any flights until I've got something a little more concrete to go on![caption id="attachment_157" align="aligncenter" width="300" caption="Ashok & his family"][/caption] Looking on the bright side, being stuck in London is pretty fun & I'm getting lots of useful stuff done. I've just come back from a lovely evening with my boyfriend's niece, nephews & their gorgeous Mummy. I wanted to try some of our new Marzi.Minipants (our children's versions of Marzipants) out on the kiddies just to make sure the fit & cut were right & that they liked the new style & matching bags. It's always quite a nerve wracking experience showing other people your designs, especially children as they can be so brutally honest if they don't like something. Thankfully the kids loved them. In fact they loved them so much, they didn't want to take them off. I had to promise the youngest one that she could have the sample she tried on, but only when I got back from India & had finished with it. So far, everyone I've shown the children's Marzipants to have gone mad for them. I've got a feeling that at this rate, the Minipants could be more popular than the original Marzipants. We filmed it just over a year ago when I was in Goa, shooting our last campaign. The tuk-tuk's on tropical roads, the volley ball on the beach, the hammocks, the sunshine, the wonderful friends - they remind me of such happy times & they remind me why it's worth perusing this crazy old dream of mine. Enjoy! Maree x Behind the Scenes (click the link to see the video) [caption id="attachment_158" align="aligncenter" width="300" caption="Hammocks & Marzipants"][/caption]
