DELIVERY & RETURNS

PAYMENT:

At Marzipants we use PayPal for all our online payments. Using PayPal means we benefit from the highest levels of internet, payment security. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make payments from this site, you can use your debit or credit card & make payment in a number of different currencies. Payment by cheque or postal order is also accepted, please contact us to arrange. Once your payment has been accepted you will get an email from us confirming your order.

Once your order has been dispatched we’ll inform you in another email letting you know when to expect it. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm GMT).

DELIVERY CHARGES:

Standard delivery (£3.95) is with Royal Mail First Class Post. We use the standard 1st class option to try & keep our P&P down. If you require a tracking number for your parcel, please use the overnight delivery option. 

UK overnight delivery (£7.95) is with Royal Mail Next Day Delivery, will arrive before 1pm & requires a signature. 

European delivery (£10.95) is with Royal Mail International Signed for, takes 3-5 days & requires a signature. 

Worldwide delivery (£14.95) is with Royal Mail Worldwide Airsure, takes 5-7 days & requires a signature. 

IMPORT / EXPORT DUTIES: 

We will not be liable for any export or import duties, taxes etc arising as a result of the goods being sent to a destination outside The UK. Please note customs policies vary widely from country to country, please check with your local customs office for details. 

PACKAGING: 

We think it's important to care & protect our environment.  For this reason we use recyclable & biodegradable mailing bags from Eco Mailing Bags which are manufactured in the UK.  We also use natural materials for our swing tags & recycled paper wherever possible.  All our orders are hand picked & packed ourselves at Marzipants HQ.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES: 

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not, we will gladly exchange your item or give you a full refund, (whichever you prefer). 

For returns / exchanges please enclose a returns form with your item & ensure you obtain proof of postage to protect you against loss. We cannot be held liable for returned goods that do not reach us. Please contact us (link here) for a returns form. 

The item must be in the original, unused condition & securely wrapped with tags in their original place. If there is any sign that the item has been used then we reserve the right to refuse your refund. 

We will refund the cost of the item/s to your credit or debit card within 7 days of receipt. We will not refund the cost of delivery, unless the item/s are lost on their way to you, damaged or faulty. 

LOST OR FAULTY ITEMS: 

In the unlikely event that your item is lost on it's way to you, damaged or faulty, you will receive a replacement item or a full refund. Items that are damaged or faulty will need to be returned to us prior to refund. 

Please note that orders sent via Royal Mail’s First Class post are subject to Royal Mail’s terms. Parcels are not considered lost / missing by Royal Mail under 15 days after the sending date. We are therefore unable to send or refund orders lost in transit until 15 days after the order sending.
